Highlands topic of recent meeting, second phase of project well under way
Business and governmental leaders from across the Highlands region recently met to discuss annual legislative priorities for Overton, Putnam and White counties.
Highlands consultant Dave Cooley of Cooley Public Strategies, representatives from Capitol Strategy Group and Committee Chairman Steve Copeland, Sr. led the group in a discussion that began with an overview of changes in the legislature.
